The Diploma of Teaching

The Diploma of Teaching (Reiki) offers the student possibly the most advanced programme of study in Reiki available in Australia. It continues to build the knowledge and skill in both practical and theoretical aspects of Reiki. It goes beyond current industry requirements to ensure that the graduating teacher can confidently and competently meet any challenge of Reiki in the workplace.

Training programmes

The training programmes cover practical skills and theoretical subjects to ensure that each graduate is both competent and confident working with Reiki. The student may exit with a Diploma of Teaching (Reiki) after all core subjects, plus at least one Elective Specialisation, and BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training has been completed. Requirements to receive qualifications

Students must complete all core modules (1096 nominal hours), plus all modules for specialisation (from 80 to 140 nominal hours) and BSZ40198 Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training to receive the Diploma of Teaching (Reiki)

Traditional Usui/Tibetan Reiki I - RAB

Reiki is a largely misunderstood modality. This module clears up the myths! Gain an understanding of the nature of Reiki energy, learn how to gain access to reiki energy and the ability to receive it.

Traditional Usui/Tibetan Reiki II - RAC

Further develop your understanding of Reiki. In this module, the student learns the ability to practically apply the use of the four Reiki symbols taught and the ethical considerations involved in doing so.

Reiki for Palliative Care and Conscious Dying - RAD

This module will give the learner an appreciation of the Reiki techniques to aid the dying and an understanding and appreciation of the issues surrounding death and dying so that they can aid others who are facing those issues.

Traditional Usui/Tibetan Reiki III - RAE

This module will give the learner specific techniques for accelerating personal growth through the practical application of the extra Reiki Master symbol taught, as well as additional treatment methods for self and others.

This module will give the learner specific techniques for accelerating personal growth through the practical application of the Sekhem Reiki symbols taught, as well as additional treatment methods for self and others.

Reiki 1

Reiki I is taught in a 1 day workshop.

Students receive Traditional Usui/Tibetan attunements which align and open their energy centres.

Reiki is a safe, simple, natural, easy to learn technique.

However, as Reiki is experiential, it cannot be learned from books, and it is necessary to attend a workshop.

Each student receives a Level 1 class manual and a Level 1 Practitioners Certificate.

Reiki 2

Reiki II is taught in a 1 ½ day workshop.

Students receive a Traditional Usui/Tibetan Level II attunement which gives them access to even more Reiki energy.

Techniques are taught for invoking more energy, for sending Reiki at a distance and for furthering the mental, spiritual and emotional healing process of individuals.

Each student receives a Level II manual and a Level II Practitioners Certificate.

Sekhem I & II is taught in a 2 day workshop. Sekhem is an ancient and sacred form of hands-on healing using sounds and symbols. Those who feel the need to go further after doing Reiki II may choose to do Sekhem Reiki.

Sekhem is a potent energy and needs to be approached with respect and in a state of unconditional love.

Sekhem is not for the 'faint-hearted'- but the journey is exquisite once you have taken the step.

Each student receives a Sekhem Level I & II class manual and a Level I & II Practitioners Certificate.

Sekhem is an ancient and sacred form of hands-on healing using sounds and symbols. Those who feel the need to go further after doing Reiki II may choose to do Sekhem Reiki. Sekhem is a powerful energy which heals life's traumas in a gentle way. Each student receives a Reiki 3B class manual and a Statement of Attainment certificate for Level 1 & 2 Sekhem Reiki.

The Karuna Reiki I symbols facilitate healing on the cellular level and healing of; past life issues; child sexual and physical abuse; unconscious patterns; relationships; addictions and aid in:

Advanced Reiki Master Teacher Training Information
